I've been searching for the perfect waterproof jacket for a long time, and this had everything I wanted--bomber construction (seam taped, good zippers, etc.) and plenty of pockets! You won't be disappointed with this. My only gripe is the liner--it's a little thin and the sleeves are short, but I really didn't buy the jacket for the liner. I will definately look to Outdoor Research for gear again!

It depends on what size you want. But a Medium is 28" and if you go up or down in size it just gains an inch or is shorter by an inch for the small.

Was really excited when I ordered this, I really think OR makes some great products. When I tried this on, the body fit was fine but the arms were a good 1+ inches too short. Too much distance for even gloves to cover. I'm a pretty standard size 'M'.
