Description

Stop the wind and keep your hands toasty-warm.

The WindStopper lining on the back of the Outdoor Research Women's Backstop Glove keeps your hands protected from the heat-robbing affect of cold winter wind. Pull on this glove alone when you need some light hand protection for a bike ride or trail run, or use it as a liner inside a set of heavier winter gloves. Silicone printing on the palm and fingers lends added grip when you're holding onto your handlebar grips or tying your shoes in bitterly cold weather.

Perfect, exactly what I needed

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I needed a glove that would keep my hands warm while running this winter. They are excellent for the 20 to 35 degree range while actively moving. They would be good for winter running, cross-country/skate skiing, and anything else that doesn't require you to have waterproof protection.

Great Glove

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

These gloves are perfect for daily use. They keep my hands warm in frigid weather and block wind fairly well.
The only down side is that within the first couple of wears the grips on the glove start to come off. This is rather unfortunate considering the grips really help in driving.
