The Outdoor Research Backcountry Kitchen 4 keeps us organized. I like having everything in one place, labeled, so I don't have to remember everything every time we camp. History has shown that I won't. The weekend we camped without salt still comes up in casual conversation at the dinner table. Besides being a great organizer, this case is small, light and easy to clean.

My least favorite thing about camping is cooking and organizing the cooking utensils. I always forget something. This organizer is great, it has everything you need for cooking in the outdoors. All the utensils fit nicely in the organizer you never have to worry about what you left behind.
