Outdoor Research Alibi Glove

It takes two people to get one glove on. But once they're set, you've got spiderman grip. I practically scale ice walls without tools in these. The palms are so tacky, I'd consider them at the bar to hold my 11th beer but if I fall over, it doesn't seem to do me much good.

The fit is pristine. I wear an XL in everything and these are true to that size. They even seem to fit my shorter than average pinky finger. I think they were made on a mold poured from my hand.

The best drytooling glove on the market! Remember be nice to these and don't rappell with them...

Hand's down the best way to hang on to your leash-less tools. The best fitting, stickiest gloves around. Fit seems a bit on the small side. Don't expect too much in the way of warmth here, but who want's to hang upside down when it's cold out anyway

I would absolutely agree that these are THE drytool glove. The super sticky palm is like flypaper on those rubber gripped leashless tools. Don't forget to size them up from your normal glove size. I typically wear a size Medium, but a Large Alibi glove is a much better fit for avoiding a visit to pump town.

I picked up these gloves for ice climbing last year, and I must say they are fantastic. The palms are truly the stickest rubber I've ever seen, and they allow unparalleled dexterity without being constraining.

However, keep in mind they are not waterproof. Like, at all. If you plan on climbing in cold or wet conditions, pick something up with a shell material. Your hands will freeze the instant these gloves get wet. Generally speaking, they are better suited for mixed climbing due to this limitation, but I still break them out on warm days for late season ice climbing.
