Triple Lakes Hike, Denali Nat'l Park AK

Perfect pack for a day hike! Comfortable mesh back panel for breathability and airflow to protect a sweaty back ;) I also use this pack in the city when bike riding or just out and about. Packs quite a lot for a small pack, and I like how there is a separate zippered pocket for the hydration reservoir all on its own.

    Great size for day trips

    • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

I have used this pack for hiking in the summer and ski touring in winter.

1)While being light and small i can easily pack shovel, probe, a layer or two, skins, snacks, and of course it has the hydration sleeve (i actually don't use it in winter as water can freeze in the outer tube).

2)There are three zippered outer pockets and a stash pocket so organizing is really easy. The trekking pole stowing loop on the side of the pack works very well to secure an ice axe as well.

    3) The women specific design makes it super comfy and the straps hit in the right places.

    4) skis fit perfectly on the side straps

Bonus points: the pockets in the waist belt are large enough for an iPhone 6/point and shoot camera.

Mtn. Bike Guiding Goddess of a Pack!

    • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

On my personal rides I use a slightly smaller pack, but for Mtn. Bike Guiding in Moab, I find this pack to be ideal! I can fit that extra little something along, snacks, extra water, 2 medical kits, tools, great great bladder! I love these bladders! Easy to grab and fill, and, Big And, you can fill your bladder, and slip it back into the sleeve, with your pack Full, yes I know, crazy! Camelbaks are bad for that , I think..but Osprey, outta Colorado , has always been a favorite brand overall for me for packs and especially with all the perfect sizes they have to cover everything, oh and the magnetic hose, woohoo, love! I may even see what this thing can do for ski touring :) ! Overall, nailed it!
