Ortovox made the R'N'W from a moisture regulating, odor neutralizing, and temperature regulating blend of merino wool and polyester, then added a waffle grid structure on the inside the jacket for better moisture-wicking properties. The fit of the jacket is slim to help minimize needless bulk and weight.
