Warm with very high quality materials. Haven't used them on the slopes yet, so can't fully test. Air vents work very well to cool. So far my only gripe is that they feel a little tight in the hips area (i'm a 5'10" 145 lb dude),

Really warm, even in single digits. Baggy, but not ridicously so. Front pockets a bit small. No kick patches so my edges will sooner or later cut through the fabric.
