im a competative swimmer and for a year i was either out of the water or simply kicking at practice due to my shoulder pain. i went to several doctors and chiropactors and they all said to do a stretch cord routine and lay off swimming. then i went to another doctor since the others didnt work and he blamed my shoulder blades not being held in place due to an imballance in the strength of the muscles in the front and the back of my shoulder. this doctor said to try this shirt and wear it for 6 hours a day everyday until pain has gone. so i did and immediately i could tell that even when not wearing the shirt my shoulders were back more and when swimming the pain was less, after about three weeks i was able to swim without pain and am now in the pool for 5-6 hours a day. i was skeptical at first but it worked wonders.

I have scheuermann's kyphosis and the shirt will help, very very minimal though dont expect any miricals, you are better off training your muscles to subconsciously to correct your posture.

Do not buy!!! Wasted $100 dollars on a shirt. I got one, it rode up on my stomach and would not stay down. I called for a return and they talked me into another kind. I paid shipping again and they sent a second one. This one I couldn’t even get on. I called them and they recommended yet another one. I paid shipping again and got a third. This one was white and it got discolored under the arms after only a few uses. Then when I tried to return they said they don’t do returns. What a waste!
Good if you get the right size.

I ordered one of these shirts and the only size available was a small. I thought I was a medium, but Opedix even says if you are unsure, get the smaller size. Well, I tried a small and could not even get in over my head. I ordered a medium through another vendor and it fit snug. The shirt is comfortable to wear and it does what it says. I immediately had people noticing my improved posture. Whether it was the shirt or my mind making me have better posture, I could not tell you.
The only complaint I have is after all day wearing it, it tends to pull your airmpit hair out. I guess that is what you get with a tight shirt. Maybe I should just shave :-/
Would I buy another one, probably if the price were right.
