This winter warrior has a polyester twill face fabric that has an 8K waterproof and breathability rating, so you'll keep the wet stuff out. The North also has the critical seams taped up to further block out moisture in unwanted places. You'll stay cozy with the firewall ergonomic polyester insulation, which places 100g of synthetic insulation at the core and 80g at the sleeves. You'll move unhindered, because the sleeves boast an articulated fit, while the jacket is roomy enough to layer under, but isn't boxy and awkward. Use the wrist gaiters to prevent exposed skin between your cuff and the top of your glove, and snap into the O'Neill connector system in case you head into a powder stash in the trees.
