Whether you've burnt your back to a crisp wayyy too many times or just need a little extra insulation during a long surf session, count on the O'Neill Men's Gooru 2mm Short-Sleeve Spring Wetsuit. Its buttery-soft, lightweight neoprene fabric keeps you super comfortable in warm to tropical surfing conditions and helps shield your skin from the sun's vicious rays.

The Gooru F.U.Z.E. is equipped with 2-millimeters of UltraFlex DS neoprene fabric throughout, while its GBS seams are double stitched partially throughout the surface and triple glued to create a watertight seal. In addition, critical areas of the wetsuit are taped to increase the life span of the suit and reduce water entry. O'Neill knows that even the best surfers spend a significant amount of time sitting on their board, so the engineers gave the Gooru F.U.Z.E. a Lumbar seamless design which uses a single large panel in the rear area of the wetsuit to minimize water entry and maximize stretch.  In addition, Strategic Paddle Zones (ergonomic, seamless under-sleeve panels) allow for unrestricted motion and help to eliminate annoying rash issues.

For an easy in and out, count on the F.U.Z.E. closure system with a Single Superseal Neck. A front upper zip entry uses the same zipper technology which keeps you dry without restricting flexibility, while its Single Superseal Neck provides a fully adjustable closure featuring a 360° smooth skin interior, chafe-free unfinished edges, and a minimal bulk design.

Here's what others have to say...

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

it seems like the last 5+ years o'neill suit are total garbage. the seams start blowing out after a month. the glued seams pull apart and leave holes. better to buy any other suit.

O'neill garbage again...

Unfortunately I only fit well in O'neill suits. That said, I've been wearing nothing but every configuration of O'neill suits for over 20 years and having nothing but quality problems for about the past 10. All my suits are top of the line, rinsed in cold water after every session, and hung on wide shouldered wetsuit hangers in the shade. I take very good condition of my suits. The seams on every suit I own lasts a max of about 2 months before I start to see problems (liquid tape peeling, loose or popped stitching, etc.). This suit was no different. After my 2nd session I noticed the neck seam (where the smoothie material meets the neoprene) completely popped and there is now a 2 inch gap. What garbage. They need to quit paying Jordy way more than he's worth and invest in some proper R&D. Rip Curl is a far superior product (O'neill just waits 2 years to see how the new RC stuff is, then attempts to copy it) and no one I know has these issues like O'neill. If it fits, go with another brand. BTW, their warranty department is a joke, takes forever and you get a Frankenstein suit back. You deserve more for the most expensive brand on the market.

    Front Upper Zip Entry

Uses the same zipper technology as O'Neill's patented Z.E.N. Zip closure keeping you dry without restricting your flexibility. "The F.U.Z.E. chest zip closure system is one of the most efficient entry systems, as well as one of the most functional with an ingeniously placed purge hole on the shoulder to reduce cold water flushing to the core." - Surf & Adventure Wetsuit buyer's guide
