    Makes wax hot.

The OneBallJay Waxing Iron gets your wax almost as hot as the mountain gets you. Almost. This flat-based travel iron has adjustable temperature, a ready light, and a special shape that catches stray wax and keeps it on your base. Give your babies a nice coating and show them some love.

Works great, a lot cheaper than others

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

It's an iron, and it seemed to melt the wax I used when I set the temperature to the wax's recommended setting. The cord is pretty long which is helpful too!

    Upgrade from your hand-me-down

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Finally bought a real wax iron so I don't cook my wax on my board. This works as described, it's small and easy to store. Easy to use.

    Sick! Pays for itself!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I love this thing and its a must have in the winter seasons. I bought it right after Christmas and it paid for its self within a week. from doing others boards to not having to pay for my board to get waxed. it heats up quick and lays the wax smooth for a proper waxing of the snow stick

    Good Iron

Only used once so far so can't say about the durability, but it worked well and heated evenly seemed to hold it's temperature very well too, took forever to cool down which shows that the base plate holds it's temp well. The only thing i did not like was the directional grind on the base plate, i don't know if there is a reason behind this or not but i would prefer a perfectly smooth bottom. All and all great little iron for the price and look forward to using it for many seasons.
