These don't leave my feet.
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size
I really love these guys, The only bad i can say is that i had to wear them in to be comfy and the toe mesh isn't the strongest. Besides that I've hiked and walked and swam in these and they rule. The sole isn't 100% rock proof so you can feel the char per rocks, but all in all a great barefoot water shoe.

REALLY wanted to keep these shoes. The styling is awesome, fit is pretty comfortable, very versatile..BUT, the stitching gave the back of my ankle hell after only testing them out around the house. Rubbing your finger along the inner seam, it feels quite sharp and abrasive. From my perspective, it's either a poor design or bad quality, or combination of both. All other Olukai models I've tried have been great though.
Olukai Maliko Shoe - Men's
Bad @$$ Barefoot.
I bought these shoes not knowing much about them. I have had barefoot shoes before, but these take the cake. To me the sole is sturdy but flexible enough to allow for the natural flexing of the foot. I work in afghanistan, so to get to the gym i have walk over fist sized gravel, and i am here to tell you you can't feel them under your feet. When i get to the gym, these have become my go to shoe. I do i high impact exercises with them, running, high interval training, and weightlifting, these shoes do it all. As with all barefoot shoes you must order you exact footsize. They are a real MFer to get on the first couple of times, but once they are good an broken in, they go on much easier, and you learn how to put them on a bit better too. My pair have been abused folks, and i am not a light guy at all (250 lbs). I have been thinking about buying a pair as a backup, but after checking the soles, they show no signs of wear that i would have expected. Like the title...bad @$$ barefoot.

Has anyone purchased this shoe, would like to hear more about it.
I bought a pair and the seemed to be great, till I tried them for size. They were too tight across the instep. Try as I may, I couldn't get them on. I bought another style of show from OliKai the same size which are too big. I returned the Maliko but kept the others, as I can just wear thick socks. (Got them for flying to and from work) Go to a shop and try them on for size and fit before ordering on line.. Love the Back Country site though.
