Disappointing Quality

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

Buy this shoe for looks...not for functionality and quality. I purchased this shoe for a month long world travel photo shoot. Day to day, wear and tear really took a beating on these shoes. You can tell that this model was built around its aesthetic and not function. The black cord detail surround the shoe ripped off within a week of wear (Though it has no function). After about two weeks a small hole started to form around the side of my small toe.

These shoes look great and are comfy... I wouldn't dare put these through a run or any sort of extensive training. For the price...pick up a pair of Nike's or Brooks.

First generation failed me.

This is a new model so take this review with a grain of salt but I thought I should share. I had the shoes barely a year when the right sole peeled off in the middle of a day out. So much for training. They also developed a hole in the leather on the side after a friends dog stepped on my foot. Shoes ran a whole size small and despite all the ventilation breathed horribly. A good example of sticking to what you are good at - flip flops and sandals. The footbed were nice though...
