Coated with an extra treatment of DuroGuard DWR, the already waterproof breathable Hydroblock XX laminate just became insured for the ultimate in moisture-blocking power. For range of movement, Genesis Stretch cannot be matched: with each turn, you'll feel the polyester fabric mechanically respond, offering freedom without compromise. Inside the coat is a layer of taffeta nylon perfectly engineered with Dri-Core technology to wick away moisture while conforming to your unique body shape and structure. Throughout the body and sleeves lies Thinsulate Type G insulation composed of economic, mid-loft polyester fibers.

To ensure the best security against snow intrusion, Obermeyer fitted the Oxnard with a flexible powder skirt, taped critical seams, and stretchy inner thumbholes cuffs. If the day's weather doesn't require such heavy-duty insulation, then unzip the mesh-lined Control Zone Ventilation system and enjoy the air flow. In very nice weather, you can always remove the hood completely and snap away the powder skirt for a sleeker and freer experience.
