Reward your child with the Obermeyer Preschool Girls' Flyer Suit when she graduates from the bunny hill to the green and blue trails up on the mountain. This fully-insulated ski suit provides head-to-toe protection from the cold and wet. The Flyer Suit's I-Grow system keeps up with your daughter's growth spurts by adding an extra inch and a half at the sleeves and pant cuffs with a simple cut with scissors. Pull the adjustable, interior draw cords for a close fit, and cover your little lady's head with the removable hood when the wind picks up.

Bottom Line: The Obermeyer Flyer Suit ensures warm, comfortable days on the mountain.

best snow /ski suit ever!!

By:
January 25, 2008

Just like the other reviewer, I highly recommend this suit. I've tried lots of different brands over the last 5 years and I discovered these suits last winter and I won't buy anything else now.
They are very well made: seams are tight, zipper pulls are strong, elastic gaiters are high-quality elastic, the water-proofing is great after an hour romp in the snow, the suits are still dry compared to other (high-end) brands that are soaked thru.
We live in Ski Country, Colorado and my girl and boy wear these for sledding, ski school, and all outdoor play. I actually dropped her off at ski school one day in -5 weather and I didn't worry at all, I knew this suit would keep her warm (it did, she told me "I was FINE, mom").
My husband who doesn't like to spend money has even told me he's glad I buy these suits for the kids!!
It is a lot of money, but it is worth every penny!

must-have winter gear for toddler girls

By: Backcountry.com Employee
December 27, 2007

This toddler winter gear could not be more adorable. The attention to detail by Obermeyer, the fun extra features, and the ability to "expand as you grow" make this a must-have for any toddler. The picture on the site just does not do it justice - there is a highly-detailed embroidery of some butterflies on the hinny and a little compass on the front (which I know she won't use) but heck, who cares as long as she is warm and snuggly. We drop her in, zip her up, and off she goes regardless of the amount of snow dumping - in Park City (Utah) during December, she has played in the snow, gone sledding, visited the zoo, and ridden on a horse-drawn sleigh ride all while sporting this great piece of gear. The best part? I have had ZERO complaints from her about being cold. In case it's not obvious, I highly recommend it.
