  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I would expect way more from an American company. These lost their shape after about a year. The lenses began to continually pop out and became very scratched after continually landing on the floor. I was actually having lunch at a ski resort and one of the lenses popped right out of my the frame and landed in my chili. I even sent them back to Oakely and they sent them back saying they were "repaired." No dice and no warranty. I spent over $300 on these. I am done with Oakley. Overall their glasses are pretty douchey anyway. Bought a pair of Ray Ban Warriors and was impressed with the quality difference. I have them for a year and have no complaints. Oakley, if you put as much in to quality as you do into marketing, you might have a decent product, but you don't, and you suck.

And by the way, go to Oakley's site and notice that they don't allow reviews of their products. Hmmm, take a guess why.

Withstands serious abuse

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have had these for awhile now and abuse the hell out of them. Initially I was worried about the lack of case but I now understand why. The lenses have no scratches on them after leaving them everywhere not in a case. Bullet proof it seems, like those oakley ads from twenty years ago with the shotgun. I am IMPRESSED.

Loving these

These shades are styling and cool, can be retro or new school. Good lens colour and overall durability seems awesome. Except it does not come with a hard case which is surprising.

Awesome specs!

These pair are excellent. Perfect for travelling. My lightest pair but definitely feels very durable! And not to mention backed up by backcountry's excellrnt warranty!
