The Oakley Men's Soft Top Jacket blurs the line between fleece and softshell to keep you from getting soaked to the bone and freezing your ass off in nasty weather. I love the look and fit of the jacket, but it's not nearly as warm as I thought it would be... especially for this up and down Missouri weather.

Why on earth would a medium fit like a large? That's what large is for. If you wear a large, get a large.

The chest and back are fleece and the rest is softshell. The softshell is nice, but if it is windy, the wind goes right through the fleece. Combining softshell and fleece in this way is not successful because you can’t take full advantage of each material but are instead left with two parts that do not sum to a whole.

Got this jacket and it does a great job of keeping you warm and dry in the spring / fall. Nice and lightweight and the hood is great when some light rain moves in.
