No it is not. There is no inner jacket. This is a stormshell only.

Fits great 6'2 200lbs xl is a nice loose fit...looks great warm with just base layer down to teens...needed a fleece for those single digit and windy days....only complaint zero inner pockets but plenty on the outside

In the pictures it says the hood is removable, but in the details
In the pictures it says the hood is removable, but in the details it says it is a fixed hood. Any idea which is right?

I just bought this Jacket a couple days ago and the hood is removable. It has a zipper along the back, snaps at the bottom of the collar and magnets at the top. So far I love it, although I haven't used it in in the backcountry or anything yet.
