Has anyone used both the HI Persimmon and the regular Persimmon? I'm looking for something to use mostly for mtb' ing in the woods where conditions can range from very sunny to very shady.
I use the Hi intensity Persimmon iridium (HIPI) lenses for mtn biking, and commuting. They don't block a lot of light when it is bright, but work well in the changing light conditions. I use a dark lens for sunny road/commuting days. For mtn biking, cloudy and low light I use the HIPI lens. Clear for dust and night riding. When the sun is setting they are a little dark, fine for commuting, but too dark for mtn biking when the sun is going done.

Any of the polarized lenses would be great for that.
