I really like these sunglasses as they are perfect for wearing during activities (running, biking, etc). The frames wrap a little more behind the ear which secures them in place. I also don't take the best care of my sunglasses--they seldom are in the case--and after 8 months of this abuse they don't have a single scratch. I have a medium sized face and they are the perfect fit.
I owned Oakley polarized glasses since years (M-frame, Square wire, etc). They were always up to 95% perfect. The only things were the reflections on the inside of the glasses and the weight after hours of use. This is now completely changed with the nano wire. They are so light that you forget that you are wearing it. And they made some anti reflection coating on the inside of the glasses. Now I'm really happy with these glasses for driving my car.

I really love the Fives, most sunglass companies make some crazy shaped frames, the Fives is contemporary. It fits well and stays on during high level activity. I chose Rootbeer, which was the last one I tried on. The crystal framed ones seemed to amplify the sun, counter productive in my opinion. The Gold Iridium lens makes color vibrant. The fall colors are awesome.
These Oakleys were very nice, came quickly and were well pacakaged. The glasses fit my wife well whom has a small face, but doesn't fit me well, with a larger face. I used to have the Frogskins which had multiple sizes and the larger ones tended to fit my face well. None-the-less, the glasses were great for my wife.
I work for law enforcement and would just like to thank Oakley for a good looking, sturdy, as well as affordable sunglass. Would like to be able to see all colors of sunglasses enlarged.
I ordered a pair of Oakley Fives from your web site on a Saturday and they were delivered from Utah to New Jersey by Tuesday - plus the shipping was free. The price was less than or comparable to retail stores without the time spent getting there and back.
Mediocre pair of sunglasses. Not the high-end feel you'd expect from a $65+ pair of sunglasses. I'm not an expert, but I belive the lenses are pretty good while the frame is rather chincy and fragile looking. I think that for the price you pay for a pair like these, you ought to get a hard case instead of a flimsy "dual-purpose" cleaner/sleeve.
Sunglasses were delivered on time and this company seems very good. I have had 2 other pair of Oakleys prior to this, both wire rim glasses. They were nice, but the paint started wearing on one and the arm broke after one year on the other. The Oakley 5's are very, very cheap. The are made out of plastic, like many of the others, but look like a pair of glasses you can buy on the street. I guess for this pair you are paying for the "O" on the side of the glasses. The lenses seem good, but these are very cheap glasses.
I just lost my Oakleys and bought a $20 replacement at Meijer. They looked the same but I found that I was squinting in the sun a lot more, so even though I feel you pay alot more for the "O" on the side - I think they are worth it.
