It's a metal outer case with some soft fabric inside. It does its job and can take a beating. The pictures don't show it well, but there are little metal stubs on the outside to prevent it from rolling around like a cucumber. My Oakley Nano 2.0's fit inside of it perfectly.
Anyone know if the half jacket will fit in there?

I first ordered the large metal vault case but they were too big, even though the name of my sunglasses were under that product. So exchanged them with the regular size case and all transaction went smooth and quick. As far as the product goes I love the case, sharp looking and very durable.
