The Oakley Juliet Sunglasses are constructed with flex couplers to allow this 25-piece blend of X Metal and art to fit naturally around the skull. The adjustable frame includes temple shocks, interchangeable nosebombs, and all the innovations that sculptural physics can offer. I majored in sculptural physics in college, and let me tell ya, it's no cake walk. These are some quality shades here folks. **CLICK THE SIZING/INFO CHART BELOW FOR LENS TINT DESCRIPTIONS.
Bottom Line: What light through yonder window breaks? It is the east, and the Juliet's block the sun, in style.
The Juliets are beautiful made and well worth the price and head turner! I have put out these Juliets through the sandstorm, hailstorm, snowstorm, and 45MPH wind and they performance are just awesome! With custom grip it fit and grip like no other!
I ordered a pair of X-Metal XX with the gold iridium lenses/24K plating and I got a bent pair also. Mine were bent at the junction where the ear stem connects to the main frame. The Oakley "O" icon on the ear stem is where the damage was. Backcountry was nice about it, providing return postage. I still don't see the refund on my bank account, but they assure me, I should by tomorrow. Because they handled my refund in a professional manner I would purchase from this online retailer even though this was kind of a bad first time experience. I think they did the best they could with a bad situation.

hi i got 2 pair of juliets and it bit worn out. need fixing of the lens and the frame. how much it will cost me and where i can go to in canada agent for help.
These are the best sunglasses around. They stay in place, don't pinch, and they're hot too. I'm all about moving and they aren't its a wonderful thing. Oakley has outdone themselves in these.
I've jazzed up my Juliets with some really sharp lenses from a company called exovista. They make lenses specifically to fit oakley shades and they have some really great tints that Oakley don't do.. They even come with a small tool to fit them. Do a web search and check them out. Oh, and not only do they look AWESOME; they're cheaper too! Here's the link http://exovista.com/product_info.php?products_id=81
I have owned the Oakley Juliet Sunglasses for 7 years now, Yeah.. I'm surprised that I haven't lost them in that span myself. Glasses are comfortable if you have a medium to large sized face. They come with various sized rubber pieces for the nose and hinges of the sunglass to help fit them to your face. The nose piece actually swivels around to also help the sunglass fit exactly to the shape of your face so you don't have to worry about them coming off. Just don't leave these in your car/sun during the day because they will heat up and burn your face when you put them on in the afternoon. If you are looking for something for a small face fit, check out the Oakley Penny. Same sunglass just sized down.
If you bought them from Backcountry you can just send them back. Otherwise you can send them directly to Oakley - they have a pretty decent warranty.http://oakley.com/customer_service/warranty
The Juliets are awesome. Very light, stylish and has great light coverage while not taking up your entire face. The sunglasses are very durable and they grip your faceshake your head about all you want, the Juliets are not going to come off unless you want them to. Juliets are ranked #1 in the 2002 Sunglass Optics Private Pilot Shootout. These are the best sunglasses I've ever bought.
I want to know how I can get my oakley's repaired. The nose junction slants up and looks terrible. Would appreciate any ifnormation on repair I could get. Thanks
I also wish for a time when (last year 2008 in august) I bought my O's Juliet polarized for $260(on sale), now I have lost them! So, I might wait forever now for those prices to be back. Sigh...
The Juliet Polarized sunglasses are sleek and stylish. I got the carbon / black iridium polarized and I must say they live up to my expectations. They are expensive but I'm happy with the pair I got. Truly, Oakley sunglasses are the Rolexes of cool shades.
I finally purchased the Oakley Juliet X Metals after 3 or 4 years of thinking about it. The retail price of around $330.00 will make you think twice (or three or four hundred times). I am hooked. I have a huge noggin', and these things are like gloves, but my wife is much more petite than I am, and they fit her as well. The secret is the 25 flex couplers that mold to any head. Oakley must have done a lot of R & D to get these this perfect, but if I had it to do over again, I'd have probably bought them a lot sooner.
I ordered 3 pairs of these for gifts for friends. To my suprise the arms were bent on 2 pairs. They sat crooked on your face. Of course BC hooked me up, they sent out replacements right away while I sent the bent ones back. When the new ones got here one of those pairs was bent as well same problem the first ones had.
I'm a big Oakley fan I have a half dozen pairs and a shit ton of their gear and softgoods. This is the only issue I have ever had with Oakley's stuff.
