If you have an intense hatred of your “one main compartment, good luck finding anything” backpack, check out the Oakley Flak Pack Backpack 2.0. This pack has a padded sleeve for your 15-inch laptop, a removable storage compartment for your ‘puter cords, and tons of pockets. Stick your cell phone in the shoulder-strap pocket, stash your shades in the outer sunglasses pocket, and use the internal organizer’s two mesh pockets and webbing loops to keep keys, pens, and coins in line.

Use this every time for work (Airline Captain), and I can attest to it's quality and durability. Plenty of space for storage and protection for my 12" laptop. Nice lay out of storage pockets that's great for keeping things organized. Ample shoulder straps that are comfortable as well.

It fits fairly snug, not much play. And yeah, that's for the common 15.4 inch laptops.

Being a fan of Oakley glasses, I knew that they would still take pride into other things, other than what they are known for. So I knew I was getting my money's worth when I ordered this bag. Plenty of room with enough left for the kitchen sink! :-) Love the padded compartment for my laptop and plenty of pockets to get organized. Had other bags that lacked what this amazing bag has and always was taking everything out, in order to get one thing! Love it, love it!

I think you're referring to the removable storage compartment for your ‘puter cords. It's great for a toothbrush and tube of paste while travelling that's what I thought it was for actually, toiletries. But it would fit a standard wrapped up power cord/charger deally easily, maybe a tiny mouse, there's plenty of other room for the mouse though. A nice felt lined pocket on the outside and extra felt lined pocket in the main pocket. You got space.

Honestly I am not an Oakley brand fan. This backpack was a gift I never would've bought it. It is awesome! Let that be a lesson to me.. for a daypack size pack this thing is so well thought out, comfortable and quality. Tiny details, awesome storage, great laptop compartment. I love this thing and it's a bit sad to me that I never would have bought it based on brand alone. Seriously, if you're looking for a daypack or take-to-work bag this one is stellar.
