Oakley Fives Sunglasses - Polarized

The new Fives are bigger and glossier than the old Fives. This pair in Gloss Black has served me well, even though I found the Fives 1.0 they were supposed to replace. They’re doing great except for a few irritatingly placed scratches on the lens. They fit well, close to the face without being too close. Wide wraparound view, minimal peripheral view loss. Go for the polarized, they're worth it. A Croakies or similar device makes them a bit more comfortable when excercising, since there's no rubber to keep them from sliding when sweaty. All in all, a good pair of shades.

My wife doesn't like sunglasses that look "overly athletic". Makes it hard to buy good glasses with great optics...and she has a small face, making it even harder. These met the need in spades. She loves them, they look good on her, and we field tested them fishing and boating in the Keys. On her, they look very feminine and they're very functional in design!

I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend. They are great! He wears them fishing, driving and golfing, and loves them! Great value for polarized lenses.
