Description

From backyards to backcountry.

Eero Ettala wears his Oakley Signature Splice Goggles whether he's floating over massive backcountry gaps or chucking his meat on a burly roof-to-roof transfer. Fortunately, you don't have to be a pro-snowboarding legend to appreciate the Splice's optical clarity, awesome venting, and helmet-compatible pivoting strap outriggers.

To ensure comfort in any weather, the Splice features a flexible O-Matter frame to help it conform to your face even in extreme weather, plus moisture-wicking triple-layer fleece foam seals out the elements and increases comfort. The Plutonite lens blocks out 100% of UV rays as well as harmful blue light, and it's highly impact-resistant to ensure it won't shatter if you take a tree branch to the face. It also has an F3 anti-fog coating, which with Oakley's signature O-Flow arch prevents fog buildup and provides unrestricted breathability. The Canopy is also helmet-compatible thanks to pivoting strap outriggers that evenly distribute pressure across the entire goggle for a comfy fit.

Outstanding product!

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I took this out to local hill and was impressed with the Oakley Splice, it has great width of vision and it seemed to be easier to breathe thru my nose, as they promote it should. I was out on a cloudy day and was greatly surprised by the emerald lenses ability to show snow contrast, not to dark at all. The kid chair lift operator gave me a thumbs-up, so they must look cool too.
