Need some slick, sweet-lookin’ goggs for sunny park weather, cloudy booter-building days, and all that other stuff in between? Strap on a pair of the Oakley Bloc Account Exclusive Goggles. Oakley’s lightweight, flexible O Matter frame and dual-layer anti-fog Plutonite lenses give you the goods to go anywhere on the mountain and see clearly through any kind of weather you encounter there. Oakley gave these exclusive eye shades pressure-distributing frame struts that improve fit and comfort while you rocket or jib down the mountain. Add triple-layer face foam with moisture-wicking fleece and a silicone strap-retention strip, and you feel like you’ve just strapped on the last goggle you’ll ever need.
These goggles were awesome, the lens looked super awesome and all together I would have to recommend them.. There is one drawback however. It seems most of these Oakley goggles are not helmet compatible. I have the Giro Encore 2, in matte white and this thing did not line up at all, there was a ton of gap between helmet and the goggle. They just didn't sit soothly together. If your not wearing a helmet, get them.
they work smoothly with my RED Trace, which is similar to the Giro Encore 2. You really have to try on goggles with your helmet to see if they are compatible with your helmet.
Oh, yea. This lens is perfect for those in-between cloudy/sunny days. You will get the most out of this lens compared to any others. I think I ski in this lens 80% of the year.

These are my favorite pair.. I've tried quite a few different goggles from a to z over the last 15 years. These are comfortable and the optics are crystal clear, that's all that matters to me. After reading some silly reviews, My advise to someone getting any goggle, being this one or something different,, please don't go for looks on the lens, half of the experience is through your eyes!!! Everyone has there own preference on how they want to see it. Make sure you know what you like! Try a few in the shop near you and look out the window not at the mirror! or better on the mountain if you can. Oakely has a GREAT web site, Use it. http://www.oakley.com/innovation/optical_superiority/lens_tints you can view tints and choose your preference. Trust me you will be very happy when you like what you see, and not the sick looking fire tint but.. oh wait i cant really see as good as i use to f'ing syndrome some of you freakin gucci wearin cupcakes seem to have later on.
These will be a great goggle for night or day. Just make sure you purchase a yellow or clear REPLACEMENT lens for night skiing the colors shown here are going to make seeing at night, not impossible, but VERY difficult. Great goggle though.
There is chrome on there, not 100% opaque but it will be awesome for sunny days while skiing or snowboarding. Not so awesome for taking your picture in your room and posting it on newschoolers.com, they'll be able to see your eyes, especially with a flash.
I'm just going to say it, these are the best goggles ever made. I got them in blue and fire, they are sooo dope. I've worn a variety of goggles from smith to electric, and these are no doubt to coolest looking and highest quality. The lenses are really good but would not be ideal for low light and the old school logo is tight. They're super comfortable and never fog up. I've been skiing and people have asked it i was a pro because they have never seen these before. No doubt, these goggles are legit.
The persimmon is the clear orange tinted lens and is suited for flat to low light and has a light transmission of 62%. The fire iridium lens has a mirrored finish to it and is more suited for medium to bright light. its light transmission is 16%. The lower the light transmission the less light that is allowed through the lens. So persimmon is for lower light and the fire iridium is for brighter light.
This is an awesome goggle. The blue color is a little bit more of a royal blue (purple hue to it) than I expected. It is a really great goggle. The fire lens is best for super bright days. Oakley goggles are the safest, most optically correct goggles that I have ever used. They don't have as good of a field of view as the Oakley Wisdom..but they fit almost all faces better than any other goggle I have used. Some goggles fit big faces, others fit small faces, I would say that the crowbar probably fits about 90% of faces.
they are not eyeglass specific...try the "proven over the glass" goggles OAK1832 (paste that into search bar)...HOWEVER there is sooooooooo much room inside the goggle cavity of the crowbars that i dont think glasses would be a problem...and the crowbar has so many more color and lense options than ANY otg specific goggle
These are great goggles, your basic crowbars but a lil different. Love the retro strap, makes your goggles stand out from all the other crowbars on the mountain. Great peripheral vision as well with the bubbled out lens.
!please help me out!- I cant decide between the POC lobes goggles in the black/Green..and..the oakley crowbar goggles in the Royal blue/fire iridium..I have a burton launch jacket in the light camo..they both are sick goggles and would look sweet with my jacket..Help me decide!
You said it yourself, they are both sick goggles. Try them on at a store and see what fits your face (and helmet if you wear one) best.I personally like the more traditional look of the crowbar over the 'fighter pilot' POCs.I agree with the above comment... these goggles have a wicked good field of vision and they are bomb proof.
I was a bit disappointed when I saw the coloring. A bit too much gold for my taste. Loks more like an sand color on the picture. Good goggle thoug. My own fault for just looking at the picture. Maybe i will remove some of the gold with a black marker...
if you have a light camo jacket or the burton light camo launch jacket... - BUY the Crowbar/Royal Blue/Fire. that looks sick with the jacket!! and the goggles are awesome, they look good and they feel good and they fire lens is great!
These goggles were awesome, the lens looked super awesome and all together I would have to recommend them.. There is one drawback however. It seems most more...
