I love this hoody, I was a little upset that I couldn't find any cool hoodies for girls so I ordered this in a small, (I am 5'6 girl, who usually wears size small girl clothing). It fits big, but that was to be expected. It looks great, and I have received many complements on it. The arms do not block out the wind, but it works great as a light hoody.
