Pretty sweet.. They look good and super lightweight
Matte Black/Grey Polarized
the polarized lenses really cut down on glare off the water, makes finding trout much easier. Big coverage gives you great protection from flies whipping past your face on windy days.
Great sunglasses, worth every penny
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: Runs large
Awesome sunglasses! Gotta go with Oakley's polarized HDO lenses, no other choice out there. Super solid sunglasses, definitely made for a larger face but awesome non the less, also own the fuel cell, which are a lot small than the big tacos just for some size comparison for any Oakley fans out there. I would definitely recommend these to anyone with a medium-larger face, definitely worth every penny.
Oakley Delivers Again
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
I'm a firm supporter of Oakley sunglasses, and the Big Taco lived up to everything I was hoping for. Fits my larger face very well. Pretty comparable in size to the Oakley Eye Patch and Eye Patch 2, both of which I have owned and loved. The Oakley optics are unrivaled, in my opinion, and they are the only brand I wear on my motorcycle since all of their lenses meet ANSI impact standards. My only advice with Oakley is to stick to their plastic frame glasses. It's what they do best. Not as in love with their metal framed models.
"Big" Taco for a reason
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Fit: Runs large
These are big. Basically the same style as Fives but re-engineered for big dudes. Look great on the right sized person (6'+). Look silly on average to smaller folks (anyone smaller than that).
They are very large and are meant for a larger face. They wrap nicely and provide a snug fit.
Oakley Big Taco Sunglasses - Polarized
These are pretty big on the face. Nice wrap around face. The coverage though is what I like. Skiing in them has been nice, since you can go fast on those warm days with them on and not get teared up.
