What blisters?

It’s summer, so you don’t need full-finger gloves, but it sure would be nice to come back from a day of paddling with non-wrecked palms. The NRS Boaters Glove puts a synthetic leather palm between your hand and the paddle and uses lightweight Lycra on the back for breathability and protection from the sun. The three-quarter finger length helps prevent blisters without cutting down on sensitivity or grip, and a hook-and-loop closure at the wrist makes it quick and easy to secure this glove for long paddle days.

I used them to prevent blisters. They were very comfortable and did a great job protecting my hands. Very satisifed with the purchase.

Nice gloves, but I ended up returning them to exchange for the full fingered NRS Rafters Gloves. Both are mostly the same design, but I found the half fingers to be a little uncomfortable for me.

I was quite impressed with these gloves. They kept my hands from getting sore and were very comfortable. I barely noticed I had them on! The material breathes well and dries relatively quickly.

Gloves are a great backup plan for long paddles. Don't usually wear unless my hands get sore. These are very comfortable and protect your palms. The UPF 50 label is kinda funny considering they a fingerless and leave an awesome tan on your hands.

I use these in the warmer months to prevent blisters and offer a bit of sun protection for my hands. With a UPF rating of 50, these gloves are the best when it's warm out. I also like the snot patch and the leather palms.

kind of a mixed review. these are paddling gloves. they serve to prevent blisters. i bought them for that purpose and that's what they do when they are dry. spf is a nice addition. when they are wet, they serve to increase friction. after the 1st day of paddling through Quetico, about 22 miles, several blood blisters had popped up. but, they function very well when dry. i felt they are reasonably priced.

These gloves are light, and the fit is excellent. They prevent blisters. First time I used them, I forgot I had them on 5 min after I was on the water. That's probably the best testimonial I can give.

The NRS Boater's Gloves are light weight and comfortable. The seem to breathe well in the heat of S. Florida. I find the grip solid, even when wet. I had no blisters after 3 and 1/2 hours of paddling.
