Let it glide.

Long, wide, and built for good times, the NRS Baron 6 Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboard makes paddling with extra gear or pets feel like a leisurely float down the river. With 358 liters of buoyancy, this baron is approved for larger riders (over 250 lbs.) making it highly maneuverable when weighed down with either a rider or gear. Two inches wider than the NRS Baron 4, this board is perfect for larger, experienced paddlers, or those looking to bring along some extra gear, or even their dog.

Classic longboard features like the 2+1 slide-on fin setup and pintail blend with forward girth and a rockered, narrow nose to unleash the Barons versatility on just about any waterway. Put the confidence-inspiring stability to the test by pressing your feet and hands into the foam deck pad during a balance-amplifying SUP yoga session. Drop-stitch PVC construction and the industry leading Leafield C7 value allow the 27.4 lbs board to inflate to composite-like rigidity, and deflate small enough to fit in the included carrying bag, so you can pack the Baron 6 and all of the included accessories in your trunk and still have room for a cooler or two. When it's time to get the coolers out, bungee them down to the front of the board with the three durable D-rings and bring the party with you.

If you plan on mainly paddling with over 225 pounds or are a 225+ pound paddler who is new to the sport this is your board. For lighter weight riders, or those looking for a more maneuverable ride consider the Baron 4.

Great family board.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I borrowed this board to paddle the Grand Canyon (it was awesome) I bought it because of its stability. I can put anyone, no matter size or ability on it, and it is super stable. I paddle with a handicapped dog and no matter how much he flounders around I do not feel him. A great board for a family to share, a killer primary board for a big person, a great add on board for having a solid go to for any situation.

Great family board.

First time paddleboarder. Wanted one big enough to haul stuff, maybe a dog☺, etc. I've used it 7 or 8 times and have only positive things to say about it. Used another smaller board since I got this one, glad I got the bigger board.
