This is solid no frills jacket. It's dry and fits me well (I'm 5'8" 145 lbs 37" chest and wear a small). The chest zips are great for cooling off, and the zippers are solid. My only suggestion would be to have more pockets.

Got the displayed Narvik in Pop Red in Small. Im 5' 8" 140lbs and with a chest size of 38"
Fit: the length is nice in front but its cut with a tail in the back which i personally thought was a bit too long, especially for a ski/board jacket where "sitting" isnt really as common as perhaps mountaineering. The arms are cut long but i thought was a good fit for me, i did like how the cuff is longer on the top of your hand and shorter on the palm side. The chest size was a bit tight for me, and im surprised since i dont have a big build at all. I threw it on over a dress shirt and it fit well, but with an insulator or vest then it will feel a tad constricting. I thought since being claimed as a looser fit and style for ski/boarding it should be a little roomier. The jacket zips up high on the chin which is great but the hood is integrated which causes issues because if you dont want it up, its sits terribly down. Catch 22 on this, i would love to see the same neck height but the hood seamed independently so it can drop down completely.
Functionality: the pit zips are well placed, we've seen these on several jackets. However, the pockets are within the pit zips divided by a separate compartment. Nifty engineering to this, but i can see it becoming a pain, anytime you want to access the pocket you are forced to open the pit zips and let cold air in - weird. Internal pocket is standard. Hood cinching is nicely done through the chin area, and the waist follows similar suit. The powder guard is zipper detachable with a safety snap also, the elastic is great and tight with a very sticky barrier, better than ive seen through other brands. Cuff velcro cinching is good too and not limited by any means when tightened down.
Color/Comfort: Jacket is super light! Amazingly so actually, i was amazed. Color is a nice red, not too tarty as it seemed in the BC pic. The zipper isnt as contrasting either, i thought it would stand out more but it blends in well. Not what i thought i would get but not bad either. The internal facing has a light fleece texture to add some comfort and the blend between hard/softshell is done nicely with great seams and i think applied to the right areas.
I think thats it, i know a lot of you are wondering about this new brand so i thought id do a deeper dive on the product. Personally its not the jacket i thought i would be getting, primarily due to the cut/fit, so im leaning to a return but we'll see.
Im 188cm, 6,2? Im a xl, im not fat but a former skier and swimmer with wide shoulders... Its still not to wide in the waist. Arms are roomy( in width), long, but not to long, movment friendly. and the jacket goes over the "behind". I will add some pictures. Im Swedish..., so hope you can read my spelling=), that likes this site! I wright more later on.
Got this last season, replaced a 7 year old Holden jacket. Great in every way except jacket length. I'm 6'3" and I occasionally get the skirt lifting up even though I bought an xl. That's ok though as I'll be pairing it with the Norrona Lofoten Bib pants.
The materials are bullet proof, arms are nice and long, the gussets are extremely well made and comfortable. This Jacket is truly a beauty!
