Great for cold weather riding

These pants are great for riding in cold weather. Super happy with them. But NOT recommended for rainy weather. I have found them to NOT be the least water repellent. The first time I tried them in the rain I was soaked through. The fit is perfect for cycling and easy to ride with. I use them mostly for fat tire biking in the snow and they are great for that - specially if you crash as much as I do! For wet weather - well, I'm still looking for something I really like.
I have found the fit on Norrona pants to be a bit random from style to style. At 6'3", 175 lbs I find the L in this style to fit great. Plenty long in the length and the adjustable waist feature gives a good fit in the waist.
strange trying overly to be clever review,description,,..umm are these waterproof or not,..? There simple
The Fjora Flex1 Softshell Pants are waterproof although they will lose their ability to bead off water over time. You can always re-waterproof them with something like the Nikwax Tech Wash and Softshell Proof Wash-In Duo-Pack (Item # NIK0070). Feel free to contact me directly with any more questions about these pants or other Norrona gear.
it says 100% polyamide. Can I wash this in hot water to shrink it?
maybe a little late on the reply, but I respectfully disagree with Kyle. L love these pants for riding. But they are definitely NOT water proof or water repellent. In the slightest drizzle they will soak up the water - at least mine do. Great, however, for cold weather riding.
