Unbelievable Customer Support!
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size
So I have had a pair of these I ordered from Norrona direct a couple years back. I love these pants and they were amazing, other than not really good for anything other than cycling, because the cut is so articulated. A month ago I had an issue with a zipper (it had become separated from the track) . I contacted Norrona's customer support in an attempt to get them repaired and Norrona emailed me and told me they were not sure if it was even fixable so they said because shipping would be to expensive back and forth they would just send me out a new pair. 3 weeks later I had a brand new pair in the packaging. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Their quality craftsmanship makes them in my opinion one of the best outdoor clothing manufacturers in the world, but their customer service is just as rock solid as that. With that said, I would highly recommend purchasing most Norrona products.
I bought a couple pairs of these direct from Norrona a couple years ago and I have to say these are pretty specific for biking with the articulated knee. I have used them to run a few times and the flex just does not work as well for a runners posture in the knee joint. The pants are great for single track and are incredibly strong. The material is not as flexible as a lot of other products by norrona. The material is very warm especially if your moving. It does not breath as well as I would have thought, but it is also very water resistant so that pretty much cancels both of those out. All in all this is a great trouser for the fall and winter months.
everything is perfect！better for biking, running and hiking
Norrona Fjora Flex1 Softshell Pant
I have been waiting for a couple of years to get ahold of a these and just picked these up so no review on use yet.
As for sizing, these fit similar to my other Norrona gear... I am 5'8" 160lbs and size medium fits perfectly (all of my other Norrona stuff is medium as well).
As expected, the fit and finish is excellent and I am loving the numerous pockets and slim fit for biking.
