For gals who scout out 20-footers, and like to give the boys a run for their money.

Early in the morning, you check out the resort’s on-hill camera and watch the 24-hour time-lapse image of massive amounts of snow piling up. You know what that means: it’s time to break out the Nordica Women’s Nemesis Ski (a.k.a. big girl sticks) and slice and dice the pristine fields of pow. Not for the faint of heart, this burly ski with a slow rise tip surfs down wide-open bowls and charges through crud like a steam locomotive. This stiff, stable ski even has enough sidecut so you can play around on wide groomers when your legs turn to mush from too much snorkeling.

  • Slow Rise CamRock (early rise tip with traditional camber) provides the perfect amount of float in the deep and wont let you down on the hard pack
  • Full wood core keeps the ski stable and responsive
  • Sandwich construction allows for high speeds without sacrificing stability, not to mention durability

Love at First Ski

My wife demoed these and immediately fell in love with them. The Icore construction makes them extremely light and maneuverable. Subtle early rise in the tip makes them plane up on powder and also initiate quick turns on hardpack. The edge hold is amazing for such a wide ski and she couldn't stop talking about the stability (which was evident by how fast she skied in all conditions). Stout enough for experts but very approachable for anyone. As a bonus, the graphics are pretty sweet. She ordered the 161 from BC and mounted them with Marker Squires.
