Description

Wicked-good fun will be your redemption.

Go to heaven and back with the featherweight Nordica Women's Hell's Belles Ski. It's a long way, yes, but with an ultralight wood core, 90-millimeter waist, and rockered tip, this ski motors up and over backcountry terrain like a winged angel. And with traditional camber underfoot and ample sidecut, you'll stick to the steeps with the grip of death. When you finally reach the untracked snowfields, you'll float on the ample 132-millimeter tip for the wickedest fun you'll ever have.

  • CamRock early-rise profile features a rockered tip and traditional camber underfoot for easy turn-entry, float, and superior edgehold
  • Energy wi-Core features a full wood core with two integrated stringers of lightweight material in the center that reduces the weight of the ski by 25%, making it extremely playful, responsive, and maneuverable
  • 90mm waist floats on pow, stabilizes at high speeds, and adapts for all-terrain shredfests
  • Mid-radius sidecut accommodates quick turns and fast wide-open arcs
  • Custom pre-cut skins available separately
  • UHMW sintered Electra Gallium base includes carbon black and graphite that increases electrical and thermal conductivity, which reduces friction that leads to suction, drag, and static build-up that attracts and holds dirt and pollutants on the base

I telemark and looking for a new ski. My current skis are K2 She's Piste and 12 yrs. old. I am looking for an All Mountain ski and considering Hells Bells or Wild Bells. I am an advanced intermediate but no an aggressive skier. I want a ski that is responsive and will hold an edge on hard pack. Can someone give me some feedback on their thoughts on Hells Bells and/or Wild Bells? Especially any telemarkers out there.
Thanks.

I demoed the 154 cm today at Taos and wasn't super impressed with their edge hold on the groomers. They were fun in the bumps, though. The Nordica Nemesis were a lot more fun on the groomers, actually. They felt super solid. But the Nemesis wasn't as nimble in the bumps (the one run I got with some soft stuff, I could see that they could be quite fun on a powder day). I still prefer my Auras to both so far. I was alpine skiing, btw, but I am also a tele skier. Maybe look at the Volkl Kenjas or Blizzard Black Pearls as well? I've heard good things about those. And I love my Auras (156 cm). I've teled on those as well and liked them -- just make sure you have an active binding.

I've been tele skiing on last year's Volkl Kenja - very maneuverable, easy to get on edge and holds well on hard pack. I'm actually thinking about putting alpine bindings on them and getting the Hells Bells for tele - then just using them on new snow days. I just don't enjoy tele as much on hard pack.
