Nixon Wire 10mm Headphone - 2009 BCS

I love Nixon gear and proudly rock just about anything they put out, but earbuds just aren't their thing...at least not yet. For one, the sounds quality isn't the greatest, but you get what you pay for. I'm not a fan of the nylon chord housing the wiring...with the earbuds in, you hear tons of rustling any time you move due to the chords. I also don't like when one side has a much shorter chord than the other...I've never really understood why some earbuds are like that. I think it's so you can wrap the long side around the back of your head, but I'm just not down with that. Other than that

Nixon made some great looking headphones, but I don't think they listened to them before they boxed them up. These things suck.

The fit is good. I heard some people complaining about the headphones being to heavy, but I didn't find that to be a problem. They stayed in my ear just fine.

The sound was pretty decent until I moved. The feedback from the cord brushing up against anything is absolutely horrendous. I'd use the stock apple buds before these. I hate the apple buds.

These are going back.

Nixon is an awesome company with some dope gear, but these earbuds just dont cut it. 10mm is a goos size, but not even even the best out there, and NIXON is charging for the best. The earbuds refused to stay in my ears, I tried all the different sizes with no luck. I rock the Skull Candy F.M.J. 11mm and love em. SkullCandy may set the standard, but the Nixon Wire doesn't come near to giving them a run for their money. Dont waist your time on the Nixon Wire, if you do, the only cool thing you will receive is the earbud pouch.
