Put on the Nixon Men's Delta II SS/PU Watch and keep track of how many runs you shred, how crazy-steep they are, and how fast you're bombing down the mountain. Simply turn the bezel dial to the ‘Ride' setting and prove it all to your buddies back home. While you're on the slopes, turn the bezel to the ‘Compass' function and track your direction and altitude. As you stare down the steeps, turn the Delta II Watch to the ‘Speed' function and use the built-in slope sensor to select the pitch you're about to ride. Rig your Delta II SS/PU watch to track your speed and height as you pull of some huge air in the park. This watch comes chalk full of useful functions that work well in the hills. I didn't give 5 stars simply becasue there is no thermometer, which would for sure make this watch one of the best MTN. watches out there. I love the chrono and timer features on this watch, super easy to use. The altimiter is great as long as you calibrate on a regular basis. Compass is great too. If you want a lightwieght watch, this isn't it. This thing is burly and can take a beating.

The Nixon Delta II has been in development for over two years. It will be the best snowboard specific altimeter watch on the market. Generally speaking, no one but Nixon is producing snowboard focused product like this. You are paying for some killer tech, not just the name.

There was a slight error.
The Delta SS was listed as not having a thermometer, and it in fact DOES have a digital thermometer.
