One 9 RDO-4-Star X01 Complete Mountain Bike - 2015

Whether your goal is to climb the top step of the podium or win the race for the first truck beer, the Niner One 9 RDO 4-Star is just the ticket. That’s a bit of a mouthful, but it breaks down like this: RDO is Race-Day-Optimized aka Niner’s lightest, most advanced carbon engineering packed into a bicycle frame, One 9 is the model, Niner’s XC-oriented 29er hardtail, and 4-Star is Niner’s way of saying they’ve spec’d it with kickass parts that they would ride themselves, including SRAM’s X01 kit, a Fox fork, and Stan’s NoTubes wheelset.

The One 9 makes use of Niner’s CYA bottom bracket interface, too, which lets you strip off all the unnecessary parts, add Niner’s excellent eccentric BB, and really pin it to win it in the singlespeed class if you want to.
