Nike Timing designed the Triax Speed 100 Regular Watch for runners who need several ways to track their progress without weight or bulk. The Triax tracks your goals with a 100-lap chronograph and five-segment interval setting. When you are training for your next 10K on the track, the Triax Speed 100 has a target time mode that lets you enter up to 50-lap times to keep on pace. The Regular has a smaller face than the Super but keeps the large display numbers for an easy glance on your final kick to the finish.

Nice but Complicated.

I love the fit and feel of the watch on my wrist you can even forget its there. However, the instructions are very difficult to follow (with all the different languages listed)... it's very hard to navigate through these instructions as to how to operate this watch. I tried to see if there was an english only (short) version for this watch but to no avail. It does not come with any information such as is it waterproof, or water resisitant. I would probably do more research next time before buying a watch such as this.
