Description

Freestyle phenom.

Lay down smooth turns and tweaked tricks in the Nike Men's Vapen Snowboard Boot. It has a soft flex that makes carving easy and allows you to throw down tricks with style in the park.

Traditional lacing is reliable and easy to use. The liner is heat-moldable for a custom fit, and internal liner lacing keeps your heel locked in to reduce fatigue. Phylon in the midsole gives it a feel that's cushy, yet springy for excellent cushioning and response. It's finished off with a durable rubber sole that's low-profile to allow incredible board feel without compromising traction.

if the rumors about Nike SB are true...

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

i'm doomed. I fell in love with my Vapens and Nike SB a few years ago and was initially skeptical, but Nike knocked it out of the park. Bought myself a second pair last year--this year I snagged a pair for my man since his Burton Hails completely gave out. He was thrilled will the flex and comfort of these boots as well. If the rumors about the supposed end of Nike SB are true, i say stock up now while you still can!

Nike Kils it.

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I switched over to these from the Kaijus. They are a little spendy but Nike makes a ridiculously comfortable and versatile boot. I beat the shit out of my gear and my Kaiju's looked brand new after 2 years of use. The aglets on the laces were the only things falling apart.
