Evocative of afternoon skate sessions spent listening to static-filled hip hop beats filtering through your hand-me-down stereo, the Nike Men's Koston Max Shoe puts a spunky, skate-specific spin on the infamous Air Max design. Fashioned with a breathable mesh upper and flywire cables, this skate shoe delivers dynamic stability while the heel Max Air unit cushions you from hard landings. The low-profile Phylon midsole and EVA foam sockliner ensures maximum cush and the grooved, herringbone outsole provides ample traction and a next-to-board feel.

these are fairly comfortable but I'm not sure why these are so similar to nike's other line "roshes"
Awesome Casual Shoe
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size

These are insanely light and soft and comfy. I wear them around the house, around town, to work, etc.. Definitely too flimsy for running and too fragile for skating, but I'm fairly sure they're intended to be that way.
Fit is true to size, wider than most Koston shoes I have tried on I would say.

I own several pairs of Janoski Max shoes and thought I'd give these a try. the fit, construction, etc. is the same. These have a better heel pocket that keeps my heel in place. I've not skated them, but they're my go-to daily shoe for the time being.
