Fugu down Jacket
The jacket itself is really nice. It is incredibly light and it easily shows with the components. It uses smaller diameter shock cord and small cord locks. It had good loft and packed down incredibly small.
I returned the jacket unfortunately due to the little material flaps that provide the hidden zipper. The little flaps for me caught too easily in the zipper to make it a no thought, no trouble for the field.

This is a great looking down jacket for a great price. While I just received it and haven't put it to much use; I have to say I'm impressed with it's light weight, and soft feel.
For sizing if your looking for a technical fit I'd go down one size. However, if your getting this as a relaxed fitting around town jacket, I'd follow the sizing chart.
