Designed for aggressive cross training and short, high-intensity runs, the 20v4s are minimal, barefoot-style shoes with a 4mm drop, designed to improve your efficiency and encourage a natural foot motion. The Vibram soles are grippy but flexible, so you can feel every contour under your feet, and the no-sew mesh uppers are super breathable and odor resistant to keep your feet cool, comfortable, and smelling like daisies. New Balance designed the 20v4 to be worn with our without socks, depending on preference, and it included a light layer of RevLite foam in the midsole for just enough cushioning when you're running over rough ground.
