Definitely something to celebrate.
In celebration of their 25th anniversary, Never Summer created the special, limited edition Twenty Five Snowboard. This instant classic represents Never Summer's reputation of quality, performance, and durability that they've worked so hard to achieve throughout the years. With a directional shape, medium flex, and wider waist width this board delivers both superior powder performance and carving precision to make it an ideal blend for the hard-charging, big-footed, all-mountain freerider.
Equipped with a Ripsaw Rocker Camber profile, this board's aggressive camber zones enhance pop, response, and edge hold to help you take on steep, tight tree runs and massive jumps at or outside of the resort. Meanwhile, the rocker between the bindings adds a bit of playfulness and helps you float in powder for versatility all over the mountain. Then, extended transition zones at the main contact points offer a more forgiving feel and help the board plane in powder more easily, while the Vario Power Grip sidecut uses multiple radii to create additional contact points for reliable edge hold on sketchy steeps and icy pipe walls.
Inside this board, a NS SuperLight wood core blends extremely light wood with durable hardwood for unmatched strength-to-weight ratio, delivering strong, snappy pop without the bulk. An RDS 1+ Damping System uses twice the amount of elastomeric rubber foil as the RDS 1 for superior stability at speed, while also providing exceptional vibration absorption to fight off foot fatigue when you're either plowing through chunder or maneuvering through the woods. Bi-Lite fiberglass brings you a smooth, even flex for consistently reliable control and playful feeling wherever you take it. Not to mention, the sintered P-Tex sidewalls protect your board from cracking in just about any temperature you might experience on the mountain. Plus, the Durasurf XT Sintered 5501 base is the fastest base Never Summer has ever developed and is sure to keep you flying down the hill at breakneck speeds from December to April.

- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I've been riding on a 2004 Neversummer T5, ridden that board hard and no way you could tell, still in phenomenal shape. Naturally if you loved the board and it held up you'd repeat a Neversummer purchase. I did so with confidence. I'm 6'1" 195lbs 11.5 boot, and got a 163 x wide. The Neversummer 25 is amazing. Their patented camber rocker camber shape is all it's cracked up to be. Unbelievable grip, super responsive and forgiving. Today I got up to 66mph, yes 66mph and super stable, no chatter, complete control. Phenomenal on the groomers, awesome floatiness in the powder, and great off piste. It is a directional board, so if ya ride switch back and forth, the West or Ripsaw would probably be your board. I test rode that one and it's good. But for my riding this is the board, powder, carving up the groomers, and great off piste. Not a park board. I would buy this again in a second, not sure how a board could get any better. Built in the USA and built well, worth every penny. Thanks Justin From Backcountry for your help getting a package deal and putting together a sweet board boots binding combo.
POW to PACK the 25 slays it all!

When Never Summer says they packed all of their best tech into one board they weren't kidding. I am 6'3'' 215 lbs. and would consider myself a aggressive big mountain freeride rider. First off the vario power grip side cut digs trenches into the snow. To be honest it is a little weird to get used to at first because when it grabs it doesn't like to let go. Once you get it figured out carving is too much fun. It has a perfect response in and out of turns, so you can lay down carves without fear of washing. Also, this thing is Star Wars pod-racer fast. The base absorbs wax really well making you the first in your group to get back to the bottom of the lift. Then there is powder. I don't even feel like I need to comment about powder, but to be safe, I will. If you just look at the shape of the board you can tell it was designed for the days to remember. I was lucky enough to be in Jackson Hole during a 4 day stretch when they got close to 5 feet. This thing strait up FLOATS! I'm not even sure sinking the nose is possible. Also, you don't get that nasty back leg soreness after a few hours of riding. So basically if you like steep terrain, cliffs, chutes, speed, air, powder, carving, snowboarding, snow, or FUN get this board! It will make you a better rider.
Have fun shredding!
