Evo-R Rocker/Camber Snowboard

The Never Summer Evo-R Snowboard may be rockered, but don't confuse it with a piece of yellow fruit. This twintip freestyle board’s R.C. Technology puts a rocker between your bindings and then has a cambered shape from the bindings to the contact points. This gives you the surfy feel and pop of a rocker without sacrificing high-speed stability or response. For edge hold in the pipe, the Vario Power Grip’s variable sidecut increases grip where you need it most—at your feet. As you charge a tabletop or jib around the park, the Evo Dampening System (EDS) reduces chatter, the Press Flex Core adds pop, and burly P-tex sidewalls and full-wrap edges withstand countless nose slides and tail bonks.

Bottom Line: More than just rockered to bring the freestyle funk.

I have last year's Evo model and I absolutely love it! Has so much pop and feels great. Handles anything and you can be sure that you won't see anyone else with the same board as you.

freestyle funk and fun... is right on

I. love. this. board. period. Even though its a "guys" board, girls can kill it too!
I've been riding for 8 years now, and have been on a lot of boards. This one takes it! This board is a park/pipe super-star, in fact, the first time I rode the Evo was in a Jibfest and I was hooked. I was pretty worried about how it would perform in other areas on the mountain- but ultimately those fears were pointless. I'm used to riding the small, ice/slush, only-good-for-the-park type mountains... so imagine my stoke when i take it to Big Sky Country Montana and drop into some nice backcountry powdery bowls or carve high-speed turns down the steeps, and it STILL PERFORMS! The board is super flexy but its still nice and stable at high speeds, and although its a little extra work, it still handles big mountain and powder just fine.

I've got it set up with some Team Ride bindings (ducked out to take advantage of the twin tip), on a 148 and its just a super responsive, flexy, poppy, fun board. As far as durability is concerned, this boards taken some BEATINGS haha, but its still rock solid after 3+ years (i have an earlier model) unlike some other boards *cough Burton* which have fallen completely apart after a year of riding. The Never Summer company sells great quality products, my next board will be a Never Summer...
BOTTOM LINE: Perfect for Int/Advanced rider looking to add some style to his/her bag of tricks- THIS IS IT. If you wish you could have endless winter, and wouldn't mind spending a lot of that time in the park or pipe having a super responsive board that performs on command, throws down some freestyle funk, and is just insanely fun to ride and then some.... GET THE EVO!!! and go on with your bad self... :)
