Tetrapod Hammock

Originally designed for Special Operations Forces, the NEMO Equipment Tetrapod Hammock is a convenient ultralight option for the backpacker who doesn't want to be weighed down by a tent, but still demands weather protection and comfort. The full-coverage fly shields you from rain and snow, and the no-see-um mesh canopy offers refreshing breathability while keeping pesky insects out.

Once inside, the patterning of the hammock lets you lie diagionally for a flatter, more natural sleeping position. The interior is also equipped with convenient features, such as a gear shelf and a stash pocket, to help you keep everything organized. Plus, it includes tree straps, stakes, guyout cord, a repair kit, and stuff sack for easy setup, repair, and storage.
