Stoke the fire.
As the city streets and sidewalks disappear rapidly beneath a never-ending accumulation of white, fluffy snow, a smoldering ember grows in your heart—a gentle reminder if you will that winter isn't just for kids speedily sailing down snowy hills or crafting artisan snow-forts; it's for adults too. The allure of the flurry lay in the deep, burning appreciation for robust flat whites, cheekily crafted whisky drinks, and laps at the local ski resort, all of which can be achieved wearing the Nau Men's Blazing Down Jacket. This completely waterproof, down-insulated jacket blends in with the locals at both the mountain and on the city streets, making it the most versatile piece in your wardrobe.
Crafted with a waterproof yet breathable exterior, fully taped seams, and an additional water-repellent finish, this jacket prevents wayward weather from permeating through to your woolies while the incredibly toasty-warm 650-fill recycled down maintains body temperature like a champ. Additionally, the two way pockets assure an extra safeguard against valuables and the internal zippered pocket is made specifically for media. The adjustable hood is completely detachable, making it perfect for client meetings outside the office at the local forager's cafe during mild weather or for tossing up during an unexpected snowstorm on your walk home from work—either way, you'll be good as gold.

Great winter coat
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size
- Size Bought: Medium
This jacket fits perfectly, just follow the size chart and you should be fine.
I went with the medium sized jacket. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures, in terms of shade of the color and pockets.
There are definitely pockets to spare on this jacket - so much in fact you might forget which pocket you put your wallet in!
The look of this jacket is good - modern and clean lines. the only drawback might be it looks a little too technical for a more formal/conservative workplace, but to each their own.
In terms of the utility, I've worn it on -10 F to 30 F temperatures, on snowy days and slightly rainy days, and on windy days as well. This jacket has performed admirably, with the hood providing good protection from the elements. The jacket keeps you from being cold. It might not make you feel super toasty if you're standing still in minus zero temperatures, but otherwise should be able to handle every other winter condition.
Does this jacket have two-way/double zippers?
This jacket does not have a two way zipper. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
