DWR tells drizzles and drops to stay away. Five buttons keep your walking workshop closed while the collar can stand up if the wind starts to whip in an unpleasant manner. Two hand pockets give you four places to put things—snap flap-top lids give you access from above and slots on the side, well, give you access from the side.
