Description

A fishing machine.

Through Native Watercraft's project, Automatic for the People, the designers have collected customer input and created a kayak fishing boat that has fishing enthusiasts drooling. The Slayer Kayak has more than enough storage for all of your fishing gear, and this sit-on-top features a high-low seat that's easy to reposition, a clean deck layout that offers ample room to stand, rig, strip line, or chill, and a plethora of molded inserts for your gear.

  • Rotomolded polyethylene construction ensures a durable, strong kayak that's able to withstand the abuse of being dropped, run into, and grounded on oyster bars or rocky enclaves
  • Quiet, stable hull has a little speed tossed in for good measure
  • Fish-specific cockpit has an uncluttered flat deck area for standing and stripping line
  • High-low first class seat features a high position of six inches above the deck that enables you to remove the seat and replace it with most full-sized coolers for an even higher seat
  • Seat is also easy to reposition while you're out on the water
  • Tag-along stern wheel for convenience
  • Hatch covers available for the open bow, but are not included
  • Open bow and stern storage with scuppers ensures easy on-water access
  • Rail system on the open bow and stern storage areas allows you to move your bungee anywhere you want and enables you to mount various items such as a GoPro (not included)
  • A molded fishing crate and bait bucket area, rod tip rests, molded indents fore and aft for tackle boxes, a secure area for plano boxes, a console with battery compartment for electronics, a beverage holder, and a hatch with bucket provide a plethora of places for your gear and organizing options
  • A back drain plug and scuppers in the open and bow stern storage areas come in super-handy when you punch through waves or surf
  • Bow and stern padded aluminum grab handles make the Slayer relatively easy to transport to the water's edge and through shallow sections
