Boldly go.

For athletes with smaller face measurements who are tired of making do with frames that don't fit quite right, may we present the Native Apex Polarized Sunglasses with interchangeable lenses. Tiny vents in the frame help circulate air to prevent moisture build-up, and medium-sized arms blur the line between casual style and total athletic function.

  • Interchangeable lens system lets you swap out different lens tints for optimal visibility in a variety of conditions
  • Proprietary Anti-Ocular Intrusion System prevents removable lenses from coming inward toward your eyes in the event of a high-impact hit
  • Lightweight Rhyno-Tuff Air frame resists damage during activities and everyday use
  • Interchangeable Polarized Crystal Carbonate (PCC) lenses shield your eyes from 99% of glare and provide 100% protection from UV rays
  • PCC lenses are hard-coated to prevent scratching
  • Exhaust vents in the frame improve airflow and help eliminate fogging and condensation build-up
  • Cushinol nose pads provide grip even when you sweat
  • Mastoid temple grips hug the bone behind your ear even during rigorous activity
  • SportFlex Optic gear kit includes an additional set of lenses, soft pouch/cleaning cloth, and semi-hard zipper case

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: Runs small

To small for even my 7 year old daughter. Plus I still got charged $12.95 for shipping. Was not refunded my original shipping and when I went to return this, I didn't choose their prepaid lable, but they emailed me one anyway. I assumed they were covering the shipment since they emailed me a lable and I had not choosen that option and a lot of on line companies do cover that. Guess they don't understand how off the sizing was. This is why I need to just buy local.

Well, that is an understatement! When I opened the box I just had to laugh! These darn glasses are too small for my cat! They look cool but are not even big enough for most children. Change the description Backcountry. To their credit, I was refunded freight both ways as well as the item cost. Pear

Kids' glasses

I purchased these online hoping they would be a perfect fit. I have a small to medium size head (based on hat sizes) and the temple grips barely made it beyond my ears. The lens does not provide low coverage either. My 2 year old daughter can wear these.

Great looking, seem to be good quality, and I have loved Native in the past.
They run soo small. I have a small face and they looked like kiddie glasses on me.

Finally a great fit!!

I love Native Eyewear. I have had a pair for years that I use for cycling alone (no fogging and great protection from sun and bugs). So, when I saw these Apex Polarized sunglasses on sale, I was stoked. Usually glasses look so big on my face. I do have a small head/face area, but spend a lot of time outdoors on the trails (running and hiking) and road biking. A good pair of sunglasses is a must and comfort and a good fit is very important for constant movement. I have worn them on the trails, when riding, kayaking and walking the pups. No fogging, and fit remains constant without any discomfort (raised N on nose bridge felt a bit odd at first, but has already worn in and is fine). Perfect for small faces, but also provides enough coverage to protect eyes from the sun. Ordered the black-lime burst (they are more black than lime from front view) and love them. Ordered the tortoise shell today because of the great fit and overall satisfaction. If you have a medium to large face, I do not think they would fit comfortably. Rubber on ends of arms make a nice fit and yet flexible and strong. Highly recommend for small to very small faces.

Small size!!!

  • Fit: Runs small

One size fit all...??? Not for those. They are very small. I'm debating if I will return them or give them to my 3 years old niece. Quality seems good.

Your comment is what made me purchase these. They fit great! You don't know how hard it is to find a small pair of sunglasses.

Tight fit

Seemed like a nice pair, but definitely made for the slight of face-space. I liked them.. just too small for a medium dome.

Read description carefully.These R SMALL

These say for a small face. I usually wear small-medium size sunglasses. These are on the small size of small. I cannot even wear them but they look pretty sweet on my 2 1/2 year old son and fit my 7 year old niece well! I am giving them a 4 star purely because they look cool and they come with polarized lenses and an extra set. Unless you have a face the size of small child I would recommend them.

Solid pair of glasses

I wear these anytime I go out climbing or hiking. Fit well and do a great job protecting my eyes.

Great buy.

I have a small face and these fit snugly; wouldn't recommend these if you have a medium-sized face. But the lenses are pretty large (not to the point that they look weird, though) and provide a lot of coverage which is great for fishing and how I mainly use them. Totally awesome that they come with two pairs of lenses too!

Great if the size is right

These are for extremely narrow faces. I wore the throttle before this and these are on the limit of comfortable. They are not close to the face at the bottom of the lens and allow some light in at that point.
The earpieces are completely rubber, so they flex well. Nice that they come with the sportflex lenses.
