Gripping a water bottle for miles and miles can get tiring and annoying quickly. Slide your hand around the Nathan Quickdraw Plus Water Bottle and let the adjustable mesh strap do all the work. With 22 ounces of water on hand and a gel packet or two in the integrated zipper pocket, you'll rock enough fuel to stretch your legs on a medium-length training run. Instead of making you wrench your head back for the last sip of water, Clipless Cap construction channels fluids so your bottle doesn't have to be completely upside down for you to empty that tiny bit at the bottom.

  • Mesh hand strap is adjustable and can easily be removed from the bottle for cleaning
  • Zippered pocket holds energy gels or pills to feed your nutrition needs on the run
  • Waterproof I.D. and medical emergency card is integrated into a small sleeve above the gel pocket
  • Reflective detailing helps you stay visible during dusk or at night

Perfect for lady hands.

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

I hate having things around my waist so I always gravitate toward hand held hydration while heading out on long mountain runs. This bottle is perfect for any run around 10 miles with a pouch to fit some fuel/your phone in and just the right amount of water.

The straps allow you to tighten it to your hand and you don't even have to worry about it.

easy to carry

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

Really easy to carry with the strap and doesnt require much grip. It fits my Galaxy s3 phone, but just barely, with headphones plugged in you have to put it down into the pocket and stretch it a bit but it fits and zips closed and doesn't come open. Can fit my keys in there was well with the phone.

Better than using pockets!

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

A good alternative to wearing a fuel belt or relying on pockets and carrying a plastic bottle. I usually only fill up to 3/4 of the bottle to save some weight. The front zipper fits quite a bit of stuff--I've tested with my iphone, a gu gel pack and my car key, and no problem! Good for storing a credit card or metro card for emergency spending. *Also serves as a good work out (weight) for your arm that you can alternate from hand to hand!

Easy to carry

I like the easy to carry function of this bottle. I can also put my cell phone in the pocket, making it readily accessibile when needed. Also, I found the price to be great, especially since I bought it when it was on sale. I would reccmmend this bottle to others.

    Simple is sometimes better

I like this design a lot. I have a couple I use in unison with my ultimate direction bottles. I have to say that they are not as brilliant as the ultimate direction in that their bottles have a much more ergo-dynamic design which feels much more comfortable on long distance runs in the hand. The Nathan bottles have a simple design which I like, where a lot of companies are starting to develop these overly complex and ridiculous bottles. I think the two I mentioned are the best on the market that I have tried thus far and I see The North Face has come out with their answer for Hal Kroener. What is cool about this product is that the pocket accommodates about 5 gu's if I am really trying and as I said a simple design approach.
